Sigmund Droid woke up the crowd on friday night with a racuous set. The heavy handed set was the perfect opening treat for the Williamsburg crowd, who then later enjoyed melodic orchestrations by the talented Takka Takka and the heavy favorites The Albertans. These photographs were taken at the show by photographer Josh Wehle. To view the entire set please visit his flickr page.
The Albertans will be in New York promoting the release of their EP “Sex With an Angel.” Visit their site to get further dates.
The beautiful artsy playground will be hosting Sigmund Droid this friday October 10th along with two other great bands. Sigmund Droid plays with the talented Albertans, who have come cross country from the beautiful land of Vancouver to shower us with the sounds of tomorrow. Lead by Joel Bravo, The Albertans were a New York favorite when they resided her last year (Known as Sex With An Angel back then). Don’t miss Takka Takka, they’ll be perfectly sandwhiched in there.
